Commercial Process Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial Operations team in a full-time remote capacity, the Commercial Process Specialist will ensure integration of activities and processes to meet customer expectations by evaluating reports, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate Power BI daily reports to identify process gaps and roadblocks for order installation activities
• Identify trends during quality evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Facilitate communication across teams and manage process plans throughout the service delivery implementation process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the telecommunications industry
• Technical skills related to user applications and their functionality
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
