Commercial Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial OTA Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for OTA and rapid procurement, advising on use cases and pathways
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for OTA awards and expedited buys, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers while maintaining audit readiness and mitigating contractual risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in commercial procurement and government/defense contracting
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Direct experience with OTA agreements and rapid procurement methods
• Proficiency in digital procurement tools and strong MS Office skills
