Commercial Product Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development and commercialization of a portfolio of solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and create new sources of income
• Monitor customer responses, track program success, and adapt strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, sales, product management, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in lifecycle product management
• Strong organizational agility and ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
• Ability to assess market trends and make strategic business decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with Atlassian (Jira), PowerBI, Salesforce, and Figma is a plus
