Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of commercial programs, the full-time salaried Commercial Programs Manager will design and execute strategies that enhance the effectiveness of Sales and BDR teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the overarching strategy for inbound and outbound commercial programs, ensuring alignment with go-to-market priorities
  • Design and maintain the Commercial Programs calendar, coordinating with Marketing on campaign timing and product launches
  • Leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement across commercial programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing outbound programs and sales engagement platforms at scale
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies for both inbound and outbound functions
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks to measure program effectiveness
