Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations of Salesloft, the full-time Commercial Programs Operations Specialist will optimize sales technology, analyze performance metrics, and ensure effective integrations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesloft platform, including user provisioning and cadence management
- Monitor cadence performance metrics and develop reporting dashboards to drive insights
- Manage integrations and automations between Salesloft and other sales systems
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales technology administration
- Hands-on experience with Salesloft, including cadence management and reporting
- Proven ability to manage integrations between SaaS platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and dashboards
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and platform configuration
