Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Project Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, coordinate, and control project financials, ensuring alignment with forecasts and client billings
• Support the development of governance, processes, and training materials while assisting in financial project reviews
• Oversee cost control systems and implement change control processes to manage project delivery within approved parameters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, facilities management, business/finance, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5+ years in mission-critical construction projects with client-facing responsibilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and accounting practices
• Ability to operate independently and self-motivate
• Experience with financial administration and project controls
