Commercial Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Commercial Project Controls Manager, the candidate will manage project schedules, costs, and change controls while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy for a renewable energy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project schedule baselines, controlling changes through a documented process
• Own project cost baselines and track commitments, actual costs, and forecasts using earned value methodology
• Produce monthly project review packages and coordinate reporting, ensuring timely closure of action items

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in project controls, cost engineering, or scheduling within construction, energy, or infrastructure
• Demonstrated ownership of schedule baselines and earned value reporting on capital projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to perform coordination and document control tasks personally at the current scale
