Commercial Project Delivery Director

Job Summary

Owning the execution of construction and capital projects, the full-time remote Commercial Project Delivery Director will manage project delivery protocols, oversee EPC relationships, and ensure the quality and operability of assets handed to Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce Project Delivery to Operations Protocol while serving as decision authority at key project gates
• Oversee commercial relationships with Field Service Partners, including contract negotiations and performance management
• Manage aggregate schedule, cost, and risk across the delivery portfolio, chairing internal delivery meetings and project reviews

Required qualifications

• Ten or more years in construction or project delivery within energy, utility, or infrastructure, with five or more years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ownership of utility-scale or distributed generation construction portfolios and EPC contract administration experience
• Working command of EPC agreement structures, including performance guarantees and change control
• Direct experience with commissioning, capacity testing, and turnover acceptance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
