Job Summary

As a full-time remote Product Subject Matter Expert for Commercial Property, the candidate will leverage their extensive claims experience to bridge the gap between claims handling realities and product development, focusing on enhancing workflows, data accuracy, and automation in the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Map the Commercial Property claims lifecycle to identify areas for improvement and reduce delays
• Translate claims expertise into product requirements and workflows, ensuring quality and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable product improvements based on operational insights

Required qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in Commercial Property claims as an adjuster, examiner, or claims leader
• Strong knowledge of the full Commercial Property claims lifecycle, including FNOL and settlement
• Ability to navigate complex coverage and financial considerations in high-severity claims
• Demonstrated skill in evaluating workflows and identifying meaningful improvements
• Curiosity about automation and AI in claims workflows, balanced with sound judgment on human expertise needs
