Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Debt Valuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects independently and collaborate with colleagues on valuation analyses
• Perform model-based valuations and contribute to the development of valuation models
• Create custom reports and conduct research related to CRE debt and structured securities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Structured Finance
• Strong technical skills with an understanding of mortgage and fixed income valuation concepts
• Advanced Excel skills and a commitment to customer service
• Ability to manage time effectively and work as a team player
