Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a licensed senior appraiser to access databases and resources for appraisal reports
Manage a personal caseload, including research, data compilation, and market surveys
Perform fieldwork and desk tasks to build knowledge in real estate finance and market analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
1 - 3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred
Strong quantitative skills with experience in real estate valuation models
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Experience with Argus Enterprise and web-based mapping tools is a plus
