Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

To support a global corporate real estate organization, the contract Commercial Real Estate Analyst will lead analytics and reporting initiatives, build advanced financial models, and partner with cross-functional teams, working in a hybrid environment with one day onsite in NYC and four days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for the global corporate real estate team, including dashboard development and portfolio reporting
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support lease transactions and portfolio optimization
• Analyze lease structures to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards while developing reporting for executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate analytics or corporate real estate strategy
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial real estate portfolios with high transaction volumes
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including NPV, IRR, and DCF analysis
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Excel, or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate concepts, including leasing structures and portfolio management
