Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on commercial real estate investment sales transactions, the full-time remote Associate, Production Support will manage underwriting, market research, and the preparation of offering memorandums while collaborating with clients and team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive investment sales offering packages incorporating detailed research and financial modeling
• Develop sophisticated financial models for commercial real estate assets to ensure accurate valuation and underwriting
• Manage due diligence processes and maintain communication with producers and clients throughout transactions

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in commercial real estate investment or brokerage
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with financial modeling experience
• Experience with ARGUS and database management is beneficial
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
