Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Commercial Real Estate Attorney for a flexible remote or hybrid engagement, responsible for handling commercial real estate transactions and providing legal expertise in a boutique law firm environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions
• Provide legal counsel on commercial leasing matters as needed
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful deal execution

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of attorney experience with a focus on commercial real estate transactions
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably Illinois or Missouri
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong professional references
• Substantial experience in commercial real estate purchase/sale transactions
• Experience in commercial leasing is a plus
