Commercial Real Estate Credit Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Product Officer - Commercial Real Estate (CRE).

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret financial statements and perform cash flow and personal financial statement analysis
• Complete credit underwriting for annual relationship reviews, line of credit renewals, and loan modifications
• Develop knowledge of lending standards, banking laws, and regulations while assessing credit worthiness of commercial loan applicants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• At least two years of experience in commercial credit underwriting and analysis or related fields
• Understanding of commercial loan structures and underwriting
• Experience with commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans
• Formal Credit Training with proven analytical skills preferred
