Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of practice
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance law
- Experience in drafting loan documents and managing real estate due diligence
- Strong understanding of bond financing and affordable housing development financing preferred
