Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and review data for loan approval, including property performance and borrower financial information
• Compose draft loan approval forms and applications for internal review
• Prepare historical property analysis and focus on loan retention, recommending new rates or refinancing as necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial mortgage loan industry
• High school diploma required
• Ability to manage multiple loans with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of producing high-accuracy work and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
