Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and current commercial borrowers to originate loans
• Evaluate credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness
• Conduct property inspections and maintain professional relations with members and third parties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6 years of commercial lending/sales or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or 5+ years in a progressive lending position
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with loan origination systems preferred
• Ability to analyze financial statements and determine cash flow and liquidity
• Understanding of member business lending and credit union guidelines for commercial loans
