Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRE Portfolio Manager, experienced in commercial credit analysis and responsible for managing commercial real estate loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and document loan modification requests and conduct annual loan reviews
• Prepare credit presentations, including financial analysis and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate loan metrics and risk ratings, and ensure completeness of loan documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing commercial property rent rolls and financial statements
• 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of commercial loans
• 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements
• Experience with commercial real estate financing and loan documentation
