Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Real Estate Manager to oversee the strategy and management of its national real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the national portfolio of commercial properties, including dealerships and operational sites
• Lead lease negotiations and oversee lease administration issues
• Analyze financial aspects to drive cost savings and improve portfolio efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate or lease management
• Proven experience negotiating complex, multi-site commercial leases
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost analysis
• Experience managing a national or multi-state portfolio preferred
