Job Summary

Focusing on senior housing, the full-time Commercial Real Estate Manager will originate, structure, and manage complex commercial real estate relationships while driving growth through proactive client engagement and strategic advisory services, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and expand relationships with senior housing owners, operators, and institutional investors
• Structure and execute credit facilities, including construction and permanent financing, while analyzing cash flow and market trends
• Manage a portfolio of senior housing relationships, ensuring proactive monitoring of credit quality and identifying emerging risks

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Banking, with a focus on senior housing or healthcare real estate
• Proven track record of originating and executing commercial credit transactions
• Strong credit underwriting and risk assessment skills, including cash flow modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Completion of a formal credit training program is strongly preferred
