Job Summary

Leading the strategy and management of a national real estate portfolio, the full-time salaried Commercial Real Estate Manager will oversee lease administration, negotiate leases, and optimize costs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the national portfolio of commercial properties, including dealerships and service locations
• Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, and terminations while structuring favorable lease terms
• Analyze lease terms and operating expenses to drive cost savings and improve portfolio efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate or lease management
• Proven experience negotiating complex, multi-site commercial leases
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost analysis
• Experience managing a national or multi-state portfolio preferred
