Commercial Real Estate Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in commercial credit analysis, the full-time salaried CRE Portfolio Manager will underwrite loan modification requests, prepare credit presentations, and monitor a portfolio of non-owner occupied commercial real estate loans while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite and document loan modification requests and conduct annual reviews of existing commercial real estate loans
• Prepare credit presentations that include financial analysis, risk identification, and recommendations for risk ratings
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients while ensuring loan documentation is complete and accurate

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing commercial property rent rolls and financial statements
• 2+ years of experience underwriting or managing a portfolio of commercial loans, particularly non-owner occupied commercial real estate loans
• Experience recommending commercial credit exposure greater than $2 million
• Knowledge of commercial real estate financing, loan documentation, and lending laws
• Experience with portfolio monitoring and loan servicing
