Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct UCC searches and perform due diligence
- Revise Purchase & Sale Agreements and coordinate closings
- Draft various legal documents for purchases, dispositions, and developments
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a commercial real estate group
- Experience with title & survey processes
- Ability to form LLCs and partnerships
- Familiarity with construction and development documentation
- Must be Boston local for hybrid or fully remote work options
