Key Responsibilities

Conduct UCC searches, title and survey reviews, and perform due diligence
Coordinate closings and revise Purchase & Sale Agreements and amendments
Draft various documents for purchases, dispositions, construction, and developments

Required Qualifications

Several years of experience in a commercial real estate group
Experience in forming LLCs and partnerships
Ability to work independently in a hybrid or fully remote setting
Boston local candidates only
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
