Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for commercial and enterprise sales roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and team dynamics
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified commercial talent through proactive sourcing and networking
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on commercial and enterprise sales
- Experience in the energy industry, particularly with distributed energy resources (DERs) or clean energy technology
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior sales leaders and hiring managers
- Strong sourcing skills with a history of filling niche commercial roles
- Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS
