Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for commercial and enterprise sales roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and team dynamics
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified commercial talent through proactive sourcing and networking
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on commercial and enterprise sales
  • Experience in the energy industry, particularly with distributed energy resources (DERs) or clean energy technology
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior sales leaders and hiring managers
  • Strong sourcing skills with a history of filling niche commercial roles
  • Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS
