Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial business relationships and loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, analyze, structure, and close profitable loan transactions
• Maintain credit worthiness of customers and participate in underwriting loan requests
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful transactions and promote cross-selling of bank products

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience
• 8 - 12 years of commercial lending experience
• Prior experience in negotiating and closing complex commercial loan transactions
• Strong analytical and credit skills
• Thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines and legal documentation experience
