Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of commercial customers, ensuring timely renewals through proactive planning and negotiation
  • Generate renewal quotes and manage contract negotiations in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk
  • Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM and identify renewal risks to improve retention strategies


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and meet gross retention targets
  • Experience in negotiating pricing and contract terms while maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple renewal cycles
  • Comfort with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
