Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Representative - Commercial Segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets
- Manage the renewals pipeline and support the end-to-end renewals process
- Identify customer renewal risks and coordinate activities to mitigate them
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or relevant experience
- 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales roles with a proven sales record
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and decision-making processes
- Experience in selling through channel partners and team-selling environments
