Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Representative - Commercial Segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets
  • Manage the renewals pipeline and support the end-to-end renewals process
  • Identify customer renewal risks and coordinate activities to mitigate them
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or relevant experience
  • 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales roles with a proven sales record
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software
  • Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and decision-making processes
  • Experience in selling through channel partners and team-selling environments
