Commercial Restructuring Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Restructuring Counsel (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor on restructuring strategies and distressed supplier management
• Lead drafting and negotiation of various restructuring-related agreements
• Advise on out-of-court restructurings and formal Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of experience in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, or complex commercial transactions
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating financial restructuring and commercial agreements
• Deep knowledge of Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workouts
