Commercial Retail Property Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Retail Property Manager to support retail and industrial properties throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming property issues and manage lease administration
• Coordinate routine property maintenance and manage real estate tax payments
• Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate Team and manage property onboarding for M&A activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 5-8 years of commercial retail property management experience required
• Familiarity with new store development and corporate portfolio management
• Experience in Tenant/Landlord negotiations and financial analysis
• Proficient with MS Office applications; familiarity with maintenance accounting software preferred
