Job Summary
To enhance commercial revenue, the full-time remote Commercial Retention Representative will focus on reducing churn by identifying customers for contract renewals, managing customer accounts, and communicating product offerings effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Identify Business Solutions opportunities for customers not on contract or with expiring contracts
- Assist with customer care, including account maintenance and renewals
- Communicate sales activities and results to management while managing customer relationships through Salesforce Sales Cloud
Required qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred
- Some sales or wireless experience necessary; office experience preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet profit center goals
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving skills
