Commercial Roofing Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator, responsible for estimating commercial roof projects in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate, compile bids, and generate proposals accurately and on time
• Make site visits to collect bidding information and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain communication with project contacts and cultivate customer relationships for repeat business

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• At least 5 years of experience estimating complex commercial/industrial single-ply roof system projects
• Advanced knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be self-disciplined and able to work remotely without micromanagement
