Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Enablement Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement the Commercial Bank Sales Enablement Strategy, aligning roles and driving adoption
  • Oversee the creation of Sales Enablement content and manage communication processes across stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members while managing compliance and business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years related business line experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
  • At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
  • In-depth understanding of principles in the discipline and basic knowledge of others
