Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a team of account executives in driving sales and adoption of their products within commercial organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of commercial account executives to drive new customer acquisition and account expansion
- Define and execute segment strategy, including target account prioritization and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing and solutions engineering to enhance sales processes and drive pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience leading sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in commercial organizations
- Track record of coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Experience collaborating with technical pre-sales teams to demonstrate customer solutions
