Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a team of account executives in driving sales and adoption of their products within commercial organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of commercial account executives to drive new customer acquisition and account expansion
  • Define and execute segment strategy, including target account prioritization and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing and solutions engineering to enhance sales processes and drive pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience leading sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in commercial organizations
  • Track record of coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience collaborating with technical pre-sales teams to demonstrate customer solutions
