Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead its sales team in the North American Private Sector market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives to exceed quotas, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Manage annual sales targets through strategic territory planning and execution in the crypto and blockchain space
- Drive consultative sales cycles with key stakeholders and proactively pursue new business opportunities while expanding current accounts
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 1-3+ years in sales leadership roles
- Strong expertise in crypto and blockchain, particularly in compliance, risk, and legal sectors
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and global regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of exceeding ARR targets and driving new logo wins
- Experience in recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments
