Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead and grow their Commercial/SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a Commercial sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching
  • Own pipeline and revenue targets for the Commercial/Small Business segment
  • Establish and run a regular operating rhythm for the team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • 2-4 years of frontline sales management experience, particularly with SMB/Commercial teams
  • Direct exposure to cybersecurity or security tooling
  • Demonstrated quota over-achievement as both an individual contributor and a manager
  • Experience designing or refining outbound programs and campaign-based motions
