Commercial Sales Manager

Job Summary

To drive growth for the commercial tire and retread business, the full-time remote Commercial Sales Manager will manage dealer and fleet sales in the Arizona market, cultivate relationships with target fleets, and lead strategic business planning to exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets
• Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets and partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives for daily sales calls
• Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of related industry experience, or equivalent work experience
