Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Commercial Sales Manager will focus on driving team performance, managing pipeline reviews, and ensuring consistent quota attainment in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 7-8 Account Executives to improve performance and execution
- Own team performance metrics, including quota attainment and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance pipeline generation and conversion
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- 2+ years of experience leading and coaching Account Executives
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in fast-moving, outbound-heavy sales environments
- Strong familiarity with HubSpot and other sales tools
