Job Summary

Leading the SMB and Mid-Market Account Executive team, the full-time remote Commercial Sales Manager will drive revenue performance, develop a high-performing team, and build scalable sales processes to ensure predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own team performance across new business, expansion, and upsell bookings while coaching reps through strategic opportunities
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through regular deal reviews and coaching sessions
  • Standardize sales processes and maintain accurate pipeline visibility to drive consistent execution and forecasting
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven success as a full-cycle Account Executive
  • 2-4+ years of experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing transactional and moderately complex sales cycles ($5K-$80K ACV)
  • Ability to work remotely within the U.S., preferably in Utah, Central, or Eastern time zones
