Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Reservations Sales Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for established National Rental Accounts, ensuring a smooth reservation process
• Assist customers in finding rental trucks and resolving any service issues
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and support business goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years of successful sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers required; Salesforce software experience preferred
• Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred
