Key Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year commercial strategy and market positioning for high-margin revenue streams
• Build and maintain a Client Persona Matrix and author Strategic Selling Playbooks for high-value clients
• Drive performance optimization through key metrics and ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales efforts

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in luxury sales strategy or premium asset management
• Strong knowledge of the luxury ecosystem and the ability to sell trust and prestige
• Proven experience in Strategic Sales Enablement and building systemic frameworks
• Ability to navigate a large corporate structure and manage high-level relationships
• Analytical skills to synthesize data into compelling narratives for commercial decisions
