Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to the commercial sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and analyze customer schedules to ensure timely product shipments
- Assist in managing customer accounts and preparing sales documentation, including quotes and proposals
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status and support onboarding of new accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of experience in sales support or operations
- 2 years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in strategic customer planning and construction scheduling is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in customer environments with high autonomy
