Commercial Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a growing commercial business, the full-time remote Commercial Sales Support Specialist will manage order processing, maintain data integrity in the ERP system, and provide timely updates to sales representatives and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process commercial orders and ensure data integrity within the ERP system
• Deliver timely order status updates and communicate any delays or issues professionally
• Support the commercial sales team by managing order updates, pricing verification, and system entries

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (commercial or industrial preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices
