Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel Commercial to provide legal counsel and support for commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review various agreements related to procurement, sales, and marketing
• Independently support critical commercial matters, including transactions and licensing agreements
• Advise on compliance with laws and regulations affecting commercial operations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
• Admitted to a US state bar in good standing
• Familiarity with laws affecting commercial operations in healthcare
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
