Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial will lead commercial negotiations, partner with business teams on deal structures, and advise on AI-related commercial issues while supporting the growth of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various technology agreements
- Partner with Sales and Finance to develop negotiation strategies and practical solutions that support revenue growth
- Advise on AI-related commercial issues, including data use and intellectual property ownership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial legal experience with substantial responsibility for complex technology agreements
- Prior in-house legal experience at a technology company, supporting commercial teams
- Experience working in a startup environment with limited resources
- Direct legal experience advising on AI products or services
- A qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
