Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Service Specialist to support and manage day-to-day operations and service for commercial banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients to support day-to-day servicing needs
  • Develop relationships with clients to proactively identify solutions and improve their experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined self-motivation and effective time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills for networking with other internal areas
