Commercial Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Service Specialist who will provide exceptional support to enterprise and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Maintain accurate account records and conduct billing reviews
• Create orders and document customer interactions in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of customer service experience in an enterprise organization
• Minimum of five years of experience in Telecommunications and Sales Operations
• Minimum of three years working with Carrier/Wholesale/Enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of order processing and invoicing
