Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Service Specialist who will provide exceptional support to large commercial enterprise or wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Maintain accurate account records, review contracts, and manage billing adjustments
  • Create and document orders in Salesforce for customer requests and maintain organized case management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of four years of customer service experience in an enterprise organization
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Telecommunications and Sales Operations
  • Minimum of three years working with Carrier/Wholesale/Enterprise customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and technical proficiency with computers and basic networking
