Job Summary

Supporting and managing day-to-day operations for commercial banking clients, the full-time remote Commercial Service Specialist will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, onboard new accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients via phone or email to support daily servicing needs
  • Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their banking experience
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage and resolve client needs effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined self-motivation and effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
  • Proven resolution-based problem-solving abilities
